Philips SHE1355 in-ear headphone packaging

Packaging design for Philips SHE1355 in-ear headphones (3 colours).

Being part of Philips’ core range audio line, the design of the products focus on function rather than stories, thus the packaging design also takes up a “no-frills” approach. By using simple, abstract blends of shapes and colours, this design makes the product “pop” on shelves yet remains cost-effective.

This simple design was well received and a year later, a special, coloured edition has been commissioned (please see next project).
